What is UV
Ultraviolet light is a kind of electromagnetic radiation shorter than visible light, but longer than X-ray, that is, in the range of 10nm-400nm, the corresponding photon energy is between 3eV-124eV. It got its name because its purple electromagnetic wave frequency spread is higher than other colors that humans can recognize.
The ultraviolet germicidal lamp effectively emits a large amount of ultraviolet light with the main wave peak of 253.7nm, which is highly effective in sterilization. The lamp tube has similar structure and electrical parameters with ordinary lighting fluorescent lamps. It belongs to low pressure mercury vapor discharge lamp, but it is made of quartz glass with high violet transmission. The ultraviolet ray emitted is very close to 265nm, which has the strongest germicidal effect on microorganisms, It is widely used for water treatment, air purification, surface sterilization, etc. Juguang provides lamps of different lengths, diameters, shapes, lamp caps, lamp holders and other specifications according to different needs of customers.
